Shipping & Handling

Lead times

Most of the RC PullingParts products are either 3D printed or custom built on demand. Therefore we have set general lead times on various products.

• 3D Printed scale engines – up to 1 week
• 3D Printed body set – 1 to 2 weeks
• EZ-Pull chassis – 8 tot 12 weeks (RTR & Replica builds will take longer)

Keep in mind these lead times are only indicative and may take longer in busy times. If you want to be sure of the current lead time, please contact us before placing your order.

Handling

Once your order is ready, we double check everything to make sure it’s all in good shape when it’s leaving our workshop. Everything is packed with care and enough protection inside the box to make sure it’s well protected.

In case of shipping damage, please contact us with clear pictures.

Shipping within Europe

Within Europe we always ship with DHL. Depending on your location it will take between 3 and 10 days before your package arrives. A tracking number will be available as soon as your order got shipped.

International Shipping

For orders outside of Europe we ship with UPS Expedited, the lead-time is usually 5-7 days and starts at € 39.
All shipments with UPS are insured and have a tracking number.
