Warranty

RC PullingParts provides instructions with certain products to instruct you how to handle, set up, or maintain the product. (I.E: How to use a 3D printed body properly). Since this is RC Pulling, most parts are used far beyond the capacity they were originally designed for. Therefore we cannot give any guarantees.

Returns

Non-customized items may be returned within 14-days of receiving them. Returns are only accepted if the items are undamaged and in their original packing. If the item was used, we cannot accept a return. The customer will pay for shipping it back to us.

Customized or items made on demand like 3D printed items, custom build tractors and anything else that was custom designed and made for you are not eligible for returns.
